Susan is an excellent trainer. She really helped us understand why our dog, Marshmallow, was going crazy every time she saw a dog while we were out walking. Susan also taught our dog to walk nicely on a leash without pulling. It is such a pleasure walking Marshmallow now, even my husband enjoys getting her out for her walks.
